The EOS 1Ds MkIII was also released today, six months after its smaller sibling the 1D. Powered by a dual DIGIC III processor, the DSLR king, now offers full-frame 14bit 21.1MP pictures at a maximum of 5fps and a burst buffer of 56 images. It also has the dust reduction technology found on the EOS 40D and the 400D. More info here
